Meet The Founders

Through a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of human behavior and organizational contexts, Paul dedicates himself to the transformation of organizations, teams and individuals. With a passion for humanizing leadership, he applies a systems psychodynamic perspective that combines cutting-edge research with rich industry experience. He is committed to empowering leaders to navigate complexities and find success amidst the challenges of change and uncertainty. Before co-founding New Gnosis, Paul held the role of director at a global investment management firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, shared services models, and talent development strategies across the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Today, Paul designs and facilitates leadership development initiatives and team interventions that prioritize relational dynamics within teams, fostering a deeper sense of connection and understanding among participants. Paul teaches leadership development at Columbia Business School (New York) and INSEAD (France and US). His teaching engages diverse cohorts of individual leaders and intact teams, enhancing their ability to thrive in complex environments.

With an MA in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD and an MA in Mythology and Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, Paul is currently completing his PhD thesis in Mythological Studies. His research explores the synthesis of analytical and archetypal psychology with systems psychodynamic theory. Originally from England, Paul has lived in multiple countries, including Singapore, India, and the USA, and now calls Washington, DC, home. In his work at New Gnosis, he is passionate about helping clients cultivate meaningful relationships that drive positive change in their organizations and communities.
